Criminal Girls 2 Punishes Us With A Brand New Trailer

Criminal Girls was a fantastic game on Vita and it’s a shame that it’s overlooked. Criminal Girls 2 seems to up the ante with a new group of girls and, as expected, more punishment.
 
A 4+ minute trailer shows off familiar gameplay but with a group of new faces, as you once again help the girls towards redemption to save them from their eternal punishment. The new girls are cute and the inclusion of more dynamic 2D imagery is exciting. Hopefully the true ending isn’t such a drag to achieve this time!
 

 
Criminal Girls 2, developed by Nippon Ichi, might only be slated to release in Japan so far but I’m hoping that NIS America bring it over as they did with the first one. It might look off-putting and it certainly won’t be to everyone’s taste, but it’s an immensely enjoyable game with a solid combat system, character development and story.
