Exclusive Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator Demo for PS4 PSN Pre-Orders in Europe
PQube have announced that those who pre-order the PS4 version on PSN will receive an exclusive Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator Demo, and will be able to play it immediately. PSN pre-orders will also receive Kum Haehyun character DLC and the Eclipse alternate colour for all characters.
Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator is due for a 10th June release in Europe, but no date has been given for when pre-orders will go live. But you can rest assured that if you do pre-order on PSN, you willo be able to play the Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator demo immediately. But what’s in the demo? Read on.
– New characters – 3 of the new characters will be available; Jam, Johnny and Jack-O, in addition to the returning characters from Xrd -SIGN-, giving you 20 characters in all to play with.
– Training Mode – Practice your skills with GGXrd REVELATOR’s excellent training mode; learn the new characters or refine your gameplay with your old favourites.
– Episode Mode – Play through the Episode Mode and experience the story of the characters that lead in to the Story Mode of -REVELATOR-.
– Offline VS Mode – Fight your friends on the couch or take the fight to the CPU to practice your skills offline.
That’s a pretty big chunk of content for just a demo! There’s a reason that the demo is being used for pre-release fighting game events. The game, via the demo, will be playable in the UK at both Angel’s Duel in London (12th March – today!), and Hypespotting V in Glasgow (April 2-3).
GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR- will be released for EU territories on June 10, 2016 for PS4 and PS3. It is the latest entry in the long running 2D fighting series and features amazing 3D visuals, gorgeous animation, fast and intense battles, excellent netplay and a fully animated story mode.

Demo – Upon pre-order, a downloadable demo version of the game will become available. The full game will then be available for download on June 10.
From 00:00 on release day, the full game, Kum Haehyun and the Eclipse colour will automatically be downloaded if you’ve set your PS4 to allow background downloads.
The exact time PSN Pre-Orders open will be announced at a later date.
Demo Version Features

There will be opportunities to get hands on with the demo version of the game at upcoming EU events, including Angel’s Duel in London on March 12 and Hypespotting V in Glasgow on April 2-3.
PQube are also expected to announce a physical collector’s edition in the near future, but no updates as of yet.
The DLC characters are expected to be purchasable as well, just a free bonus for PSN pre-orders.
