Usually we get pretty hype to see what Famitsu has scored some Japanese games we’re looking forward to, as the gap between JP and Western release can sometimes be so huge. But in this case, Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator is coming out here in just a couple of weeks! Doesn’t make us less hype!
Famitsu score their games out of 40 — combining four 10/10s from different reviewers. It’s a pretty interesting scoring system, and more often than not it means that Famitsu’s scores keep it pretty real. A Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator Famitsu score of 37/40 is very, very good! It could very well be the fighting game of the decade.
With plenty of showings at events, and a pretty hefty pre-order demo, we already expected Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator to be a very good game. But it’s great to get assurance from Japan that it really is!
