Final Fantasy XII Collector’s Edition Revealed
Square Enix has revealed the Final Fantasy XII Collector’s Edition for the The Zodiac Age remaster on PS4, and it’s a little underwhelming. A high price point and a choice to focus on the villains instead of the main cast makes for one strange collector’s edition.
The Final Fantasy XII Collector’s Edition is pretty barren, consisting of a steelbook with exclusive art yet to be revealed, six art cards, a set of five Judge Magisters busts and the game, along with the pre-order DLC consisting of background music. I’d like to see the quality of the busts but being based on the villains rather than the heroes is odd — it’s been a while for me, but I can only recall one of the Judge Magisters. The collector’s edition will set you back £184.99/$199.99 plus postage. A steelbook version is going to be available too, although it seems that it’ll have different art than the collector’s edition.
