Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune Unreal Engine 4 Development
Upcoming RPG, Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune is being developed using the Unreal Engine 4, Compile Heart have stated. Compile Heart have also announced participation in the Unreal Fest on October 1st, where they will be hosting a session with the developers.
Unreal Engine 4 is the latest version of the Unreal Engine suite of game development tools, so it will be interesting to see what changes its use will have on the upcoming instalment, in particular visually.
Despite the title, Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune isn’t an online game, but rather it’s an action RPG that involves the characters being trapped in an MMO, in the vein of the .hack series or, more recently, Sword Art Online.
The platform for Cyber Dimension Neptune‘s release hasn’t yet been announced, though the amount of other titles in the series for the Vita suggests that may be one of them. The release date is also yet to be revealed.
