Japanese Company Puts Employee Trading Cards Inside Crisps

With their company growing to 110 employees the smartphone developer Ponos was facing a problem: lack of communication. As their team grew larger less people knew one another. The solution to the issue? To make trading cards of their employees to put inside packets of crisps.

These tasty lightly salted crisps are for internal use only, and contain random trading cards of each of their employees! The cards have a picture of their face and name, and the back details things about them such as hobbies and interests so employees can learn more about each other and meet like-minded friends in the company.
