King of Fighters XIV Story Trailer Released

Deep Silver has released a story trailer for upcoming King of Fighters XIV, as well as a trailer that introduces the muscle-bound Antonov.
 
The story trailer starts off with a nice message that this is dedicated to fighting game fans across the world, and goes on to show that 48 contestants have been invited to the world’s biggest fighting tournament. When a supernatural entity threatens to destroy the earth, it’s up to these fighters to save them. It seems like it’ll be a robust story mode with plenty of cinematics and character interaction, so I’m looking forward to seeing what SNK Playmore deliver!
 

 
The other trailer shows off Antonov in action with several of his moves and animations.
 

 
King of Fighters XIV releases in North America on 23rd August in North America, 2 days later in Japan and on the 26th in Europe. The demo is out now along with a free dynamic theme on PS4, so get to it!
