Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter

Fans of the Mega Man classics rejoice, Keiji Inafune’s newest title was just unveiled on Kickstarter called Mighty No. 9  and bears a lot in common with the legendary Mega Man Series. Keiji Inafune is the man behind some of the biggest franchises such as Resident Evil, Onimusha and Mega Man is making this game.

While this is an original title, it has a lot of similarities with the Mega Man series. Your goal is to stop the Mighty No. robots, this games versions of Robot Masters. Just like in Mega Man you will be able to take weapons from fallen enemies and use them for yourself. This time around even legs can be swapped out for other types, such as tank treads in order to cross dangerous spikes. The Kickstarter goal is $900,000 which may sound pretty high, but Mighty No. 9 almost managed to reach it in a day.
