A new Ace Attorney 6 trailer storms the courtroom along with the reveal of an anime

Capcom announced today at Tokyo Game Show that an anime for Ace Attorney is finally in the works, as well as showing off a brand new trailer for Ace Attorney 6!

The reveal of an anime excites me to no end as it’s a series that would perfectly fit an anime adaptation with its top-notch storytelling, characters and humour. It’s one of my all-time favourite series’ and now the anime will help bring in new fans! There’s also a trailer for Ace Attorney 6 below which is looking fantastic, and I’m glad that Capcom spared us the pain of waiting for a Western announcement as that’s already been confirmed.

The anime will feature Phoenix, Maya and Edgeworth and will begin airing in April in Japan. No story details have been revealed yet but it’s safe to assume it’ll feature many fan-favourites such as Gumshoe, and as much as I love the games, this would be a great opportunity to create new stories like the manga fantastically did.

As a massive fan I already can’t wait for both the anime and the game, and I’m glad to see that Phoenix Wright is still going strong.
