Nintendo Confirm New Top Tier Waifu: Linkle
As some of you will know – one of my favourite things in the whole world are girls dressed as Link. Along with Asuka Langley in Yellow Dress Cosplays – they are one of my ‘things’. Now Nintendo have literally figuratively BLOWN MY MIND! Lady, link – or Linkle, if you will, is now a thing. An actually happened thing.
Soon to appear in Hyrule Warriors Legends in March 25 of next year – she’s a dual crossbow wielding badass with pitails and a compass. I DO like a lady with a compass. Tetra for example – though Lara Croft not so much.
Anyway, here are the pictures of her. She looks nice.
At this stage I’m just going to gloss over the fact that Nintendo called her ‘Linkle’ – and totally not mention that there’s something derogetory about it. Like the babyish version of little – ‘Ickle’. They’re basically saying she’s like Link – but Linkler. That’s not in the least bit patronising – and it doesn’t in any way imply she’s some how inferiour…
Ayway, I’m not talking about that now, because, lets face it – in the opening paragraph of this article I objectified her by referring to her as a ‘thing’.
So I don’t have a fucking leg to stand on frankly.
If you’re into Waifus and some such objectifying nonsense, as I clearly am – then why not add Linkle to our very own annual Waifu Wars.
