Nintendo Power Now Available For Everyone
It was a sad day when Nintendo Power shut down in December of 2012. This magazine has brought the world countless tips, tricks, reviews and previews for everything Nintendo related in its 285 released volumes.
Now thanks to the Internet Archive, the non-profit organization that seeks to preserve digital media online, a number of Nintendo Power issues are available free to everyone.
For now the first 145 numbers of Nintendo Power have been archived with hopefully more to follow. These include the span from July 1988 up until June 2001, covering some of Nintendo’s best years, from the rise of the Nintendo Entertainment System, to the release of the Game Boy Advance. While the news are more than a little outdated now, it still has that taste of nostalgia no one can resist.
