Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir 8-Bit Browser Game Released
We reported before that Vanillaware had teased an 8-bit version of Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir a while back. After great reception from fans, the project is now done.
The game is in Japanese, but doesn’t really require much Japanese knowledge to enjoy, so anyone can play around and have some with it.
It just goes to show that even these days small teams and small projects can get fast turnarounds on some pretty good quality old school feeling games.
Should more developers work on smaller, fun side projects like this?
Some people know me as "PoshAlligator", others by my actual name, Oscar Taylor-Kent. I'm a fan of stylish action games and adventure games, think Devil May Cry or Ace Attorney, and I'm still awaiting the perfect combination of the two genres (it was not Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright, unfortunately).
