Phantasy Star Nova demo coming next week
Well, that’s if you live in Japan – or can be bothered to sort out a Japanese PSN account. Available to download on the 12th of August, the Phantasy Star Nova demo will allow you and three other players to team up and take down one of the game’s giant bosses – although this will be ad-hoc rather than via online play.
There will be four playable classes n the demo – the traditional trio of Hunter, Ranger and Force (Swords! Guns! Magic!) and the new ‘Buster’ class – which is being touted as the ‘all-rounder’ of the group.
As usual, there’s phuck all word from Sega as to whether we’ll see this making its way West-ward. The full Japanese release on Vita will be on the 27th of November.
Check out some new Phantasy Star Nova screenshots courtesy of Famitsu. Looks nice – I’m actually pretty curious to see how Tri-Ace fare with this – I’ve always enjoyed the Star Ocean series…
