Root Letter New Trailer and Box Art Revealed

Root Letter (spelled as √Letter), a Kadokawa Game’s latest visual novel will launch in Japan on June 16th. The game is shaping up to be quite an interesting mystery visual novel. You have to solve the case of Fumino Aya, a high school student that disappeared after leaving a mysterious letter. 

Kadokawa Games released a second trailer for the title, highlighting the game’s cast. You can read the English subtitles if you turn them on in the youtube player.

Japanese artwork for the cover has also been revealed along with the look of the Premium Box that will go for 7,800 yen, standard version being at 4,800 yen. The premium box will include the original soundtrack and an art book.

The premium box resembles the purse Aya, the game’s protagonist wears.

Root Letter is set to launch in Japan on June 16th for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game will release in the West at a later unspecified date.
