Akiba’s Trip Finally Coming to the West

Akiba’s Trip or Akiba Strip, as I like to call it, is finally getting a western release. Akiba’s Strip 2 was released last November in Japan for both the PlayStation 3 and Vita and will be coming to the west this summer titled as Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed.

Like the name says, the game takes place in Akihabara and it’s your job to defeat the blood sucking vampires disguised as normal people. The only way to defeat them? Tear their cloths of and expose them to the sun of course.

I am personally hyped, not just because of the fairly original premise, but also because its version of Akihabara which is said to be nearly identical to the original, featuring a huge number of real locales. Seems like this will be a hot summer.
