Huge Amount Of Capcom Original Soundtracks Added To Spotify

Video game music is a wonderful beast, giving a backing to everything you do in game, and allowing those sweet aural tunes to dig their way inside your skull until you simply can’t forget them, and so, we were incredibly excited to find out that a large amount of Capcom original soundtracks have suddenly appeared on Spotify for our listening pleasure.

The Capcom Sound Team are absolutely incredible and have had some of the hands down best composers on their payroll at one point or another. With sounds and genres running from the hard, aggressive rock of Devil May Cry 4 all the way through to the sombre comfort of the Resident Evil 2 Save Room music. It’s easy to forget that Capcom as a company have some great music under their belts and this addition works as a fantastic reminder.

Amongst the large amount of soundtracks added, you can find:

  • – Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy
  • – Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
  • – Devil May Cry 1-4
  • – Monster Hunter Tri, and other Monster Hunter OSTs
  • – Okami
  • – Breath of Fire 1 & 2
  • – Street Fighter 2, 3, IV, V, and V: Arcade Edition
  • – Resident Evil 2, 3: Nemesis, Revelations, Revelations 2, 5 & 6
  • – Many, many Mega Man OSTs

You can find all of this awesome music if you go right here!

Now, if you excuse us, we’re going to go back to listening to the soundtrack of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials and Tribulations because it’s a borderline masterpiece. Nintendo or Sega, you’re next. Do the right thing and give us all your sweet, sweet tunes (the Persona soundtracks would be a great start, Sega).
