Dark Souls Trilogy Confirmed, but it’s Skipping Europe
Bandai Namco has announced a Dark Souls trilogy for release on PS4 and Xbox One across North America and Asia, but Europe is being left out. The trilogy includes all three games and all DLC, as well as a collectible steelbook featuring art from each title.
Many assumed that it would also come to Europe, as did I, especially as it was announced at Gamescom which is set in Germany – a European country – but Bandai Namco has clarified that the trilogy will only release in Asia and North America. Check out the reveal trailer below!
It releases on 19th October, 2018, which is the same day that Dark Souls Remastered is releasing on Switch. I imagine that both versions will perform well though, as they’re aimed at different audiences who want the games for different purposes. Regardless, this is a great bundle if you’ve not gotten into the series yet!
