Drakengard 3 Western Release in 2014
In a surprise announcement today, Square Enix revealed that Drakengard 3 will be coming to North America and Europe next year. Considering that recent Dragon Quest games haven’t made their way outside Japan, it’s interesting to see them localise a game from a relatively unknown series.
Drakengard 3 is a prequel to the first game, making it a decent entry point for newcomers. The soundtrack is being composed by Keichi Okabe, who also handled Nier’s amazing soundtrack.
Unfortunately, it seems like Europe will be missing out on the physical version of the game, while North American’s can pre-order the game exclusively from SE’s store.
