Earth Defense Force 5 Prepare for the Frogman Invasion

For decades humanity was assaulted by wave after wave of giant ants that relentlessly nibbled on our proud forced. We’ve been able to hold them back but now a new threat has appeared, giant upright walking frogs wearing suits and wielding guns, as well as towering Protoss-like robots.

D3Publisher officially unveiled Earth Defense Force 5 at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. The game has a 2017 release date and will be making its way exclusively to the PlayStation 4.

Earth Defense Force 5 will be set in an alternate dimension where mankind is first meeting these extraterrestrial invaders. So, we should expect a ton of new enemies giving our troops a hard time.
