Fire Emblem Warriors Gamescom Trailer Adds 4 More Characters
Nintendo has released a Fire Emblem Warriors Gamescom trailer, this time with a focus on characters from Fire Emblem Fates! We’ve already seen Xander, Ryoma, and Corrin in action, and now we have Leo, Hinoka, Camilla, and Takumi joining the fray too! Check out the new trailer below:
I’d been wondering when we’d get confirmation of some of the other royals from Fates, and here they are! Not only have we just had 4 more characters revealed, but the selection gives us 3 more playable classes for the game too – it’s about time we had an archer announced!
Having both versions of Robin confirmed previously, it’s a little surprising there’s been no sign of male Corrin yet, but there’s still plenty of time. Now that we’ve had focused trailers for Awakening and Fates, I’d imagine there’ll be a Shadow Dragon trailer coming up too. It will be really interesting to see which characters that reveals!
As well as the character announcements, the Fire Emblem Warriors Gamescom trailer has revealed that the western release of the game will be available with the English voiceover only. We have a specified release date for Europe now too! The North American release is still just down as ‘Fall 2017’ though.
Fire Emblem Warriors releases on Nintendo Switch and New 3DS systems on September 28th in Japan, October 20th in Europe, and some time in autumn in North America.
