Have a question about a specific item but have not ordered?

Every product page has a Q & A tab where you can check to see whether your question has been answered. If not, please 'Ask a new question', as this will be sent to the Rice Q & A team who are the best at answering product specific inquiries. Also it means that your question can be made public, as we guarantee that if you are unsure about a product, many more people will be too. When will we respond to your question?

We aim to get back to you as soon as possible between the hours of 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, but we usually pick up on hours outside of that. Sending us an email is the best way to ensure you're seen as our Desk system queues it up all nice for us and we respond to them as they line up.


Can I Call?

While our email system should sort you out in most situations we do currently operate a phone line between 10am and 2pm. Give us a call at 0117 318 1699.


Christmas Hours

Yep, we have to take some time at Christmas too and we'll be down some bodies.

- We will have slower service from 19th December with regards to responding to emails, but we will get to you as quickly as we can

- The Customer Service phone line will be inactive from 19th December through to the new year. Please use our email system at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can

- From 22nd December through to the New Year we won't be able to resolve many emails. We may be able to keep you updated, but as many of our depts will be closed we cannot action much. Your submitted tickets will be resolved as soon as possible however, and if it's a super small thing why not give us a buzz on Twitter at @ricedigital and we might be able to answer!
