Vita Getting Resident Evil Revelations 2 & Suikoden II

Aside from a handful titles that made it to the west, Vita is slowly dying outside of the Japan. During the PlayStation Experience Sony has tried to revitalize this system. While the announced games are still ports from other systems, its nice to see Sony trying to push some of bigger titles to the PlayStation Vita.

Suikoden II is making its way to the PSN store, available on both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Players will now be able to play both Suikoden I and II on these systems starting next week.

The highly requested title Resident Evil PSP will be skipping a generation and will arrive on the Vita in the form of Resident Evil: Revelations 2, the newest title in the Resident Evil franchise. This game will span over the course of 4 episodes, with the first one coming out on February 18 2015, and the last on March 11 the same year. Revelations 2 will be much closer to its original survival horror roots than the main entries in the series.

Super Time Force Ultra will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, bringing more goodies to these platforms. You can finally play as Sony Worldwide Studio’s President, Shuhei Yoshida, who will go around with a smartphone tweeting his enemies to death, in this time traveling action platformer.

Other announced titles for the Vita include: Grim Fandango Remastered, Day of the Tentacle: Special Edition, Broken Age, The Banner Saga, Shovel Knight, Bastion, Octodad Dadliest Catch, Towerfall Ascension, Geometry Wars 3, Severed and MLB 15 The Show.
