White Day Features An All-New Adventure in Addition to the Original

White Day originally released a while back on PC Korea, where it basically popularised first-person stealth horror. This brand new refinement of the game is the first time it’s heading west. Not only has the main game been vastly expanded, but a brand new adventure lies in wait. If you’re brave enough to find it, that is.

The trailer showcases some of the new mode that features a brand new character with a brand new story that carries on from the original. It’s unlockable in-game, but there’s no news on exactly how you’ll access the mode. If it’s like the rest of the game, though, you can expect it to be pretty devious.

This all-time classic has now been completely remade with expanded gameplay features and new content – including an all-new unlockable sequel story. Ji-min Yoo, a brand-new character, takes centre stage and faces the terrors of the night in a thrilling mystery that explores the history of the school and takes place during the events of the main game.

It’s super exciting to see that not only has the base game been so refined, but that there’s substantial amounts of all new content too! This new adventure looks pretty great — we can’t wait to get to know Ji-min a little better.

Well known to fans of the Asian games scene, White Day: A Labyrinth Named School has long been considered a hidden gem in the horror genre – a bone-chilling first-person survival horror game with eerie atmosphere, intense chase sequences, dynamic scare system, evolving puzzle solutions, a branching story and multiple endings.

White Day: A Labyrinth Named School releases on Steam on August 22, 2017 and PlayStation 4 in Europe on August 25, 2017 and in North America on August 29, 2017.
