Like previous Yakuza games, 6 is filled to the brim with things to keep you busy besides the main story. One big collectable quest this time is the cat café sub-story that tasks Kiryu with winning the affection of the cats of the city. They’re all over the place. But fear not, our Yakuza 6 cat guide will help you win the hearts of every cat in town!

General Advice

Before we get started with the locations, here are some general tips for collecting the cats!

– You can activate the sub-story from the first chapter, but the cats won’t start appearing until you acquire SNS in Chapter 2

– Each cat rotates between 3 locations in their areas

– You will be able to hear the cats meowing when you are near them

– Every cat needs to be fed food, and each have their own likes and dislikes. Gold tuna a favourite of all cats, though, but is MUCH more expensive than other foods, so plan ahead instead

– By feeding them you will increase their affection. When it reaches MAX, the cat will join the cat café

– Convenience stores stock cat food, as well as the cat café itself

– If a food is neither listed as favourite or good in the lists below, don’t waste your time feeding it to the cat

– With all the cats in the cat café you can visit them to feed them, and they can give you items
